Tron Memories in the 80s

For some people TRON is just that movie with cool effects in the 80s that was one of it's kind. But for some of us it was probably the best movie ever made. I grew up in the 80s and I have so many good memories of my father and I watching this movie in some backroom in our house. We watched it on this very old machine with huge discs that you had to turn over just to see the whole movie. But it was so awesome especially watching this movie as a child.

There's just something magical about TRON. I remember those days in the 1980s playing old 80s games like pong and tanks on an Vectrex machine and other cool home arcade system's my father owned. All this going on while we watched the wonderful movie called TRON in some backroom!

But then my father passed away in the 1990s and he never got to see TRON LEGACY with me. So the part in TRON LEGACY about Sam wanting to see his father again really hit home for me. It made me think of me maybe see my father again one day... on The Grid. TRON will always hold a place in my heart! Long live 80s arcades and long live TRON.
