Will the master control program be in Tron 3?

The question many programs have lately is: Is the Master Control Program going to be in Tron 3. And this is a question that truly does deserve to be answered and talked about. I am not sure if the original MCP can be restored, but what is for certain is that Ed DIllinger Jr. will probably re create a new Master Control program. And we all know how good a programmer he is, the scary thing is, he's just as sneaky as his father.

Well it looks like I have been hearing that Tron 3 will be coming out very soon. This is just so exciting and I can't wait to see this movie. Rumor is it's going to come out sometime in 2014?
